  1. Definitions

    For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "the Company", "we" or "us" refers to Great Blue Heron Casino. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and products.

  5. Withdrawal Terms

    Any withdrawals from winnings will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours (Monday-Friday) after receiving all necessary documentation. A withdrawal may incur processing fees depending on the method selected by you.

  6. Responsible Gaming Policy

  8. Customer Account Restrictions

    In our sole discretion, we reserve the right at any time to restrict access or remove your ability to make deposits into your account if: (i) there have been a number of failed transactions; (ii) there has been a large single transaction over what would normally be expected for you given previous gaming history; and/or (iii) if it is reasonable for us to believe that such restrictions are needed due to risk management considerations.

  12. Termination

    We may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time with immediate effect for good reason such as non-payment; misrepresentation about eligibility; fraud; abuse by you against another person using the platform etc., without limitation - although, if termination is solely due to suspected wrongdoing or misuse it will only be done in consultation with relevant authorities. If terminated following breach please also note there might not even necessarily need special notice since this situation often involves a very real risk where safety & regulatory considerations require swift action.

  13. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between us concerning your use of our services, supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or representations whether written, verbal or by conduct regarding same subject matter and no modification hereto will be binding unless expressed in writing signed on behalf of both parties here to which this document has been delivered.

  14. Assignment

    Neither party may assign their rights under these Terms without the prior written consent from the other except for merger & acquisition activities with proper notice given first by them within 30 days, after taking steps to complete same.
